| Out take from this weeks WW Via Flickr |
I post pictures of myself on the Internet, I doubt this is a shock to anyone reading this blog (just check out my header) I post almost naked, sexy, naughty and fun pictures of me on the Internet.
I do it deliberately to titillate, to arouse desire, to make the viewer fantasise about me in a sexual way. I enjoy doing this, I love getting comments telling me how sexy I am. I love knowing that people are looking at me because I have shown them this part of myself.
As a woman I am told to be careful about my image, be careful what I do in case others think badly of me, Don’t dress like that they'll think you’re a slut, don’t talk to frankly about sex or be proud of your sexual prowess because its not becoming of a woman.
I have also been told that if do this kind of thing I must not respect myself... as if somehow posting pictures is self destructive or a cry for help and attention.
Fuck that!
I reject the notion that I lessened by people seeing me as a sexual being, that someones fantasy makes me less valued, especially when I am the one saying “look”. Its a laughable notion to me that I somehow I devaluing myself by showing the world my tits or my arse. I am more than my boobs and my butt and showing the world these things doesn’t make me less worthy of respect.
I am learning to love this body, to embrace its faults and flaws, its curves and dips, its scars and the eventual wrinkles. I am learning to respect this body and its limitations and I want others to see my body, I don’t want to hide it under clothes all the time. I want people to look, to admire and to yes fantasise!
I believe that people are capable of seeing me in a sexual way and still respecting me. I have no problem looking at the other Wanton Wednesday participants and seeing people not objects, I see sexy, gorgeous, brave people!
I spent some time debating why I enjoy posting pictures. Why I enjoy knowing that this week people are looking at my arse and my knee high socks.
It makes me feel sexy, powerful and happy. The more I do it the more I love my body and the more I want to show it off. I am not a supermodel but I am learning more and more than I am sexy. I feel great about my latest picture (seriously look at my butt! Holy crap its hot!) when a year ago the idea of posting pictures and having people comment would of driven me under the bed!
So go ahead, Look at me! It makes me happy!
XOXO

Ps. I asked why other people posted pictures and I got some fantastic responses. I wanted to know why other people posted, how it made them feel (you can read their responses [here] in the comments section)

You know what's the MOST sexy thing about you? Not your boobs or your butt... it's your attitude. :)
ReplyDelete@frankielemmon: Thank you very much. I am working on my attitude and self confidence and this blog is helping loads.
ReplyDeleteI dont know about others, but i do admire how brave and confident you are. Showing your curves aren't devaluing at all. It shows how much you loves yourself...
ReplyDeleteTo look, to admire and to fantasise??? yes you sure achieved it!!
I agree with everything you said. I love posting pictures of myself. I love getting comments on them. I love inspiring lust and desire in others, that is what I get from seeing other people's posts as well. I feel like much can be learned from the types of erotic pics people post. I love your playful socks combined with your sexy bottom. I think you must be sexy and silly, playful and wanton and what great combinations of attitude and personality.

I dont post pictures but for me it's because I like choosing exactly who else gets to enjoy me all of me. But I do get exactly the same feelings from taking those photos for certain people...and sometimes just to enjoy me for me! I'm thrilled to see other people are looking at themselves and finding their beauty through it too! So wonderful!
